The Hummingbird Collective is a non-profit Civil Association created under the Peruvian Constitutional Act of 3 November 2008. The charter counts Tim DeWinter as the Director.   The association is duly registered under the Constitution of Associations No. 11081179, Seat: A0001, Registry of Legal Entities of the Public Records of Cusco, dating from December 11, 2008. As part of the requirements of the Peruvian state, the Association has a Tax ID Number document necessary to make any type of currency movement and as proof of its legal exemption to taxes (Intendancy Resolution No. 0990050002084) for being a nonprofit Association.
