Dental Hygiene in rural Perú

In the Cusco region it is more common than not for a six-year-old child to never have brushed their teeth. Imagine being able to give hundreds of Peruvian children a talk on dental hygiene by a qualified dentist every year. Then imagine applying fluoride to their teeth and giving each child a toothbrush. This is actually the reality thanks to members of the Hummingbird Collective.
