The Hummingbird Ecological Club aims to increase awareness about the importance of nature in a fun, interesting, and ultimately productive way. It is run with 3 objectives in mind:

1. Prevention of further pollution of and damage to the environment
2. Increasing consciousness and appreciation of Pachamama (Mother Earth) and nature in general
3. Educating anyone interested in how they can do their part!

The group will meet regularly and initial activities include: – Learning how to make their own compost to grow plants – Taking part in recycling activities – Litter collecting in areas of natural beauty
